Downstairs, the living area is wide and bright and faces the water, with a 75-inch Roku TV above the fireplace positioned so you can watch the screen and the Gulf all at once.
The kids disappear into the bunk room for NBA Jam marathons on one of two full-size arcade machines. You pour a latte from the barista coffee bar, step onto one of two oceanfront balconies, and let the day organize itself. A private beach path through the sea grapes puts your feet in the sand in under three minutes. There is always somewhere to be and something to look at.
